Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program is a FREE, CONFIDENTIAL assistance
service available to colleagues and their families. EAP provides
colleagues and their families 24 hour access to experienced
and professional counselors for help with a wide range of issues.
Appointments will be scheduled at your convenience with a counselor
in your area. The counselor will meet with you privately and
help you determine the nature of your problem. Together you
and the counselor will work on a solution.
Transportation benefits
City National Bank has an active Ridesharing Program. Colleagues
at certain qualified sites who commit to carpooling, using public
transportation or other methods of Ridesharing are eligible
for transportation benefits. Transportation benefits include
free parking and monthly financial compensation for mass transportation
passes. Our Guaranteed Ride Program is for ridesharing colleagues
who need to leave work in the event of an emergency or unplanned
overtime.
Tuition Assistance
The Tuition Assistance Program provides reimbursement of certain
tuition expenses for job-related courses.
Banking Services
There is a full range of bank services available to colleagues,
including savings accounts, credit cards, traveler's checks,
safe deposit boxes, and wire transfers. Waived or reduced fees
are provided to colleagues for many services.
Colleague Discounts
All City National colleagues are eligible for discounts on
a wide variety of products and services including Dell computers,
sporting events, tickets to entertainment venues such as LEGOLAND® and
Universal Studios Theme Parks and much more.

Opportunities

our time and dollars to enhancing the economic, cultural, and
physical well being of our community not only has a positive,

believes that it is important to support the many colleagues
who volunteer their personal time to support needy organizations
and causes throughout their community. Dollars for Doers supports
colleagues’ volunteer efforts by providing a monetary
grant to qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in which
a colleague has volunteered a minimum of 20-hours of service.
