Just contact City National's International department at (213) 347-2333, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., (Pacific time), Monday through Friday, or your relationship manager, and request an Online Letters of Credit Access Agreement. Or send your request by email to onlinelc@cnb.com
